The field keeps farming.
The sky starts earning.

Elevated dual-axis solar trackers for croplands, orchards and pastures. Each tracker stands on one steel pole, 14 ft above the ground, so crops, cattle and equipment keep working underneath.

Do More With Your Land

Stracker units keep your land in production, generating energy and earning you money while providing shade, protecting crops and maintaining the breezes that keep crops and livestock cool.

A new revenue layer

Power is added above the farm instead of replacing it. A single pole per tracker leaves the ground in production, and the array earns from energy every day the crops are growing, resting or being grazed.

Shade that saves water

The higher ground clearance gives Stracker units an additional 12–18% energy boost. By elevating the arrays, the dual-sided panels capture direct sunlight from above, plus ambient sunlight reflected from below.

Room to work

Fourteen feet (4.3 m) of clearance and 60 ft (18.3 m) between poles let tractors, sprayers and irrigation lines pass freely. Cattle graze in the shade, and nothing at ground level needs fencing off.

Our Table Cooperative

Sherwood, Oregon · 58-acre (23.5 ha) vegetable and berry farm

Approved - Building Through 2027

Bison Ranch

Ashland, Oregon · cattle grazing on irrigated forage

The ground beneath the arrays will be cleared, irrigated and planted with high-quality forage for large cattle.

The Strackers at Our Table are part of the first agrivoltaic microgrid in the United States. Oregon State University researchers are measuring crop yield, quality, labor and water use beneath them.

Early findings
Irrigation water use under the arrays is about half that of open field, and the harvest season for heat-sensitive greens runs longer.

Virtual net metering
Power feeds the north side of Ashland's municipal grid and is credited to local homes and businesses through the City's virtual net metering program.

The Research

What Oregon State University has measured

+20% potato yield under solar panels compared with full sun, in a 2021 Oregon trial

2× pasture biomass under solar panels compared with unshaded ground, with wetter soil all summer, in a 2018 study

50% lower water use and extended growing season for lettuce farming

<1% of U.S. farmland in agrivoltaics could meet about 20% of national electricity demand

For U.S. Farms & Ranches

Stack federal grant funding with accelerated depreciation to recover up to 80% of project costs in Year 1.

  • USDA REAP covers up to 50% of total capital cost for eligible rural producers.

  • Qualifies for 100% Year 1 Section 179 / MACRS accelerated tax depreciation.

  • Made in USA domestic manufacturing eligibility for additional +10% ITC adder.

For European Agri-PV

DIN SPEC 91434 compliant elevated mounting for active cultivation and pastoral grazing.

Maximum light yield via bifacial modules and continuous astronomical tracking—delivering utility-scale power with unrestricted agricultural land use.

  • Clearance > 4.3m: Full drive-through access for large tractors and combine harvesters.

  • Land loss < 0.1%: Only one central mast footprint required per tracker unit.

  • Smart Weather Stow: Intelligent tracking modes automatically protect the array and underlying crops during extreme weather events.
