Distributor Program

Distributor Partners gain the right to purchase, market, sell, and distribute complete and unaltered Stracker Solar products and systems. Partners have access to sales and marketing collateral to help expand their networks of installation partners.

Stracker Solar supports our Partners with project engineering, system monitoring, software and warranty services. We are forward-thinking solar innovators dedicated to supporting Partners’ success with cutting-edge solar solutions.

Producer Program

Producer Partners are a select group of fully qualified and carefully vetted fabrication partners. The program provides the opportunities to fabricate, market, sell and install Stracker units within designated licensed regions.

Presently, the program has a one-time licensing fee and small royalty on each unit built. We are targeting five-year terms with hopes of long-term collaboration and growth.

Early Partners will fabricate the majority of the Stracker components in the community where they will be installed. These components will then be assembled, at the installation sites, with the UL-listed motor & control "DriveCore" shipped from Stracker Solar's UL-testing facilities.

Partner facilities maintain strict adherence to Stracker’s UL-listed designs and quality control standards, while bringing economic and community development to the cities they serve.

Stracker Solar’s Partner Program is more than a licensing agreement—it’s a pathway for businesses to becoming a leader in the solar industry while creating value and driving innovation in their communities.

IP Program

Stracker IP Partners are successful business partners that acquire the full suite of Stracker intellectual property, technology and project know-how, to be able to independently produce, sell, and install Stracker products. The program provides the Partners mutual regional exclusivity in areas ranging from counties to countries in size.

In exchange for a one-time fee, the IP Partner will have the ability to develop its own elevated dual-axis products and businesses, independent of Stracker Solar should they prefer. This includes the optional use of the Stracker Solar name and packaging. Stracker technical and field support services can also be made available where deemed desirable for successful partner implementation.

Stracker Solar’s suite of intellectual property and process documentation includes:

  • Comprehensive design assets including Structural and mechanical designs, testing, and certifications

  • Comprehensive fabrication assets including CAD/CAM fabrication plans, material and construction tolerance specifications and procedure documentation

  • Proprietary software and hardware platforms and documentation with future version collaboration possibilities

  • Project Design and Installation manuals, trainings, case studies and project plans

  • Certifications and testing records, historical testing data, structural certifications, UL-listing test procedures and certification, complete warranty histories since 2017
