The Fabrication Partner (FP) program is tailored to empower high-quality welding and fabrication businesses specializing in steel structures. As an FP, you’ll be responsible for manufacturing Stracker Solar’s steel tracking system components in strict accordance with provided CAD/CAM and engineering specifications.

Ideal Fabrication Partners are AISC-certified welding shops with pre-qualified welders and a strong track record in steel structure fabrication. FPs procure, cut, drill, weld, and paint the Stracker Solar structure, ensuring durability and compliance with regional and jurisdictional building codes.

While the central DriveCore unit—which houses the control and actuator systems—will continue to be fabricated in a Stracker Solar UL-listed facility, the bulk of the structure will be produced by FPs in regions of active Stracker projects. Final assembly of the finished units takes place at installation sites, ensuring a streamlined process from manufacturing to deployment.

Stracker Solar supports FPs with on-site training, engineering guidance, and real-time project assistance, ensuring all fabrication meets rigorous quality standards. Partners also benefit from regional and inter-regional procurement opportunities, helping them secure high-quality materials and optimize production efficiency.

Fabrication Partners operate as independent contractors, setting their own pricing and schedules based on labor, materials, and production costs. This allows for flexibility while maintaining alignment with Stracker Solar’s industry-leading standards, as well as the opportunity to help improve and optimize the Stracker value chain.
