Keep every kWh
100% Tribal ownership. Every kWh of renewable energy, and every credit it earns, is the Nation's to use, store, sell or retire. Power is generated and controlled on Tribal land, reducing dependence on outside utilities.
Built over the lot, not instead of it
Each tracker stands on a single steel pole, so every parking space stays in use. Cars parked beneath can run 15–20°F cooler on summer afternoons. Directionally drilled conduit and pier foundations keep asphalt disturbance to a minimum.
Room to work
With proven battery storage and bidirectional EV charging, Stracker arrays can form microgrids that carry critical resort and community loads through grid outages. Arrays, storage and charging can be added as needs change.

Tribal governments can take the federal clean-energy credit as a direct cash payment through the IRC §6417 Direct Pay election. No tax appetite or outside investor is needed, so nothing about the project is leased to anyone else.
